Some PDFs and downloadable Word documents do not have headings and proper structure for screen readers; this is being reviewed and aims for fixes to be applied by March 2027.

Content that’s not within the scope of the accessibility regulations

The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018 if they’re not essential to providing our services.

Any new PDFs or Word documents we publish will meet accessibility standards. We do have some on the site without the correct heading structure. These will be reviewed and fixed by March 2027.

We have not created audio descriptions for all of our own videos; we are aiming to rectify this for future content from the date of this review.
