The annual London-Paris Retina Meeting took place at the UCL Institute of Ophthalmology on Wednesday the 17th of June. This event connects specialists from UK and French Institutions, focusing on the latest surgical, clinical and research advancements in retinal diseases.

This year brought together approximately 50 clinicians and researchers to discuss their latest findings in translational research. They deliberated on difficult clinical cases, sharing advice on diagnosis and best management.

The meeting was chaired by Prof. Omar Mahroo, our NIHR Biomedical Research Centre: Moorfields Academic Clinical Development Lead, and Prof. Isabelle Audo.
The London–Paris Retina Meeting continues to provide an important forum for international collaboration, helping to accelerate research and improve care for people affected by retinal diseases.
